These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the mobile application “Coloring Maker” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), provided by Orude Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Company regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “User” means any individual who uses the App.
• “Content” means any images or other data created or stored within the App.

Article 3 (Registration and Use)

1. The App identifies users through anonymous authentication provided by Firebase.
2. Users gain the right to use the App upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 4 (Fees and Paid Tickets)

1. The App can be downloaded free of charge.
2. Some features (such as coloring generation) require the use of tickets. A certain number of free tickets are provided upon first use.
3. Additional tickets can be purchased through App Store or Google Play.
4. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded for any reason, except as required by law. Refunds follow the policies of each platform.
5. By completing the purchase, the user is deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to the payment.
6. Purchased tickets may not be restorable if the user changes devices or uninstalls the App.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
